Hello, my Fitbit Ionic will not turn on or charge. It has been cleaned and I have done the checks recommended on other posts. What else can I try? It was ok until two days ago and then would not charge up when plugged in and has now gone off completely.

Common behavior observed by different ionic users. In short, our ionic is dying a few months out of the warranty period and Fitbit does not care at all.
