Fitbit Ionic won't turn on

Hello, 

I have my Ionic for over a year and everything was fine, just suddenly one day I couldn't turn on. 

I've tried pressing holding two buttons (back and down) and all three buttons for up to 15 seconds, with no effect. 

Can you please advise how to resolve?
