Fitbit Ionic wont charge or turn on

Hello all,

 

I recently moved to a new apartment, in that process I misplaced the Fitbit Ionic I own and just found it last night (about 2 months later). It wont charge or turn on and I've had it plugged into the charger for 24+ hrs.

A warm welcome to the Community @lazious! I'll be happy to help you with your Ionic not charging or turning on. 

 

I would like you to restart it and try charge it once again but this time change USB ports.
