I just updated the firmware in my Ionic and the update failed at 95%. Now the watch is practically useless. I wish that I could roll back the update and have my Ionic the way it used to be. I have tried to do the update by both wifi and Bluetooth. How can I get this watch working again? It seems like whenever you purchase something that works fine, some bright spark comes along with a suggestion on how to make it better. But of course, it never is. Not impressed Fitbit.
Just heard a theory that Fitbit does this when it wants to move users to a new product... can anyone say Versa?
Not me, I've been through this before with Charge HR, Blaze, and now Ionic. I'm done with fitbit.
