Fitbit Locked but I accidentally removed it as one of my devices

My brother had taken the watch for a couple of days and it had locked and gone flat. I was mucking around in the settings and couldn’t figure out how to unlock it. I came up with the great idea of removing the device and connecting it back again. Now when I go to set it up again the locked Fitbit comes up instead of the code so I can’t set it back up. HELP!

If a wrong PIN is entered on the fitbit 10 times the fitbit is locked and can only be unlocked using the phone app that it's connected to. Now that it isn't connected I don't see a way around this and would suggest that you contact customer support to see if they can help. You can get them via: contact.fitbit.com
