Just got the ionic set it up and it worked fine for about 20 hours now all I have is the Fitbit logo on the screen. Anyone know why?

Hi @Bneedshelp - I am not sure why that would happen. Were you changing clock faces by any chance? In any event, please restart the tracker:

If that doesn't correct the issue, come back and let us know.

I wasn't doing anything, restarted it and it happened again tried a 3rd time so far so good.

same here, bluetooth paired but won't connect
