I really despise Fitbit. I have gone through three Ionic's and I only have one left with this firmware. I learned over the years that Fitbit's coders are the worst in the industry. I wait until a firmware is proven before I consider upgrading hence the old firmware on my last unit. I am convinced this new update was a kill code to get rid of the last of the Ionics. What do you all think?

I've commented as much with my own thread on the issue of the miraculously underperforming battery overnight, after updating the firmware. IMO, it's a deliberate instigation of obsolescence hoping we'll stay brand loyal and rush out to replace it with their latest model!
