Fitbit Pay/Revolut - Ireland

Hi,

I note Fitbit pay is now compatible with Revolut  (MasterCard) in Ireland. However, Revolut issues Visa cards (not Mastercards) in Ireland - can Fitbit Pay be made compatible with the Revolut Visa card also?  Please advise if this is something tat is in progress.

Just wondering if you got this issue sorted? Just signed up to revolut and having the same issue

Was thinking its because I'm using the virtual card details to add it as I dont have my physical card yet?

Any help appreciated 🙏

Yep got it sorted - used my virtual card which fixed the problem.

It's not fixed for me and many others in Ireland.

Either using a virtual or a physical card, none of these options work.

This issue has been up for 3 years now and there's no resolution...

They might see 1% of the people being able to add their cards and they just mark the issue as resolved not checking up on the rest 99%.

Disappointing at the very least.

I think I have found a work around for this problem

Chat to an agent in revolut and ask them for a mastercard rather than Visa.
They ordered a virtual mastercard for me which is now working on my fit bit

It seems the fitbit wont accept revolut visa but will accept revolut
mastercard. Problem is I couldnt select mastercard when ordering my cards,
visa was the default one I was being issued with

Give it a go and hopefully it works!

Yep, this worked for me too. Once i explained it, Revolut support issued me a new mastercard virtual card and i was able to set it up on fitbit. cheers for posting.
