When attempting to set up my 'wallet' - I enter my card details and billing address and then an error appears.
It states I must seek verification from my financial institution.
I have done this and a thorough check has been conducted by my bank.
They suggested that the error might be the app itself.
I am also unable to change my clock face as the app 'stops working' - which I report via my Android phone (Samsung Note Edge).
I also believe the app is not functioning properly and I have restarted my phone, uninstalled and reinstalled the app, turned my tracker on and off - but nothing so far has worked.
Anyone please help and provide a solution.

Welcome to the Community @Charanjit! Thanks for the details you've mentioned and for the troubleshoot you've performed. In some cases, your bank may require additional verification and this can be the reason you're getting this message; I would like you to double check with them so you can properly set up this app on your Ionic. You may also want to confirm you're following these steps to set up Fitbit Pay.
In regards to your clock face, please restart your Ionic and force quit your app. Also, confirm you have the latest version of it which is 2.72.1 for Android.
Keep me posted!
