Hello
On occasion, my Fitbit pay fails. The last time I was trying to pay at a terminal that I have successfully paid multiple times.
What happens is as follows.
I press the side button I get a screen to enter pin.
I get the card screen
I present to the terminal. Works fine.
On the occasions, it fails.
I press the side button, the screen goes strait to the card, no pin asked for.
I present to the terminal and fails.
Shop assistant resets terminal present watch to the terminal and again fails
I use my Rabo pin card, without resetting the shop terminal and the card works fine
I am guessing I need a way to reset the watch to re-enter the pin number.
or is there something else going on?

Welcome to the Community @Heimdaal! Thanks for the details that you've mentioned. It's pretty weird that Fitbit Pay isn't working all the time. I would like you to check the following details:
- Check that they are no beeps at POS or the device can't communicate with the POS
If the payment terminal isn't recognizing Fitbit Pay:
- Make sure the merchant uses contactless payment methods
- Make sure the watch face is near the reader and that the cashier knows you’re using a contactless payment
- You must wear your watch on your wrist to make payments with Fitbit Pay
- If prompted, enter your 4-digit watch PIN code
- When the payment succeeds, your watch vibrates and you’ll see a confirmation on the screen
If you've checked the information above, then try this troubleshooting:
If after this, your card is not working all the time then answer to the following questions:
- Is it happening at the same store?
- Does it happen while using the same card?

When it does not work the terminal beeps
They do use contact less pay. My watch works most of the time.
Yes I am near the reader. It beeps
It happens in different places.
I only use one card.
I can go back to the same store. Then it works again.
