Hey guys

 

Just curious to see if anyone else is experiencing the same issue.

 

I'm finding that Fitbit pay is vibrating and popping up on the screen asking for my pin code at random times when I haven't held down the left side button. 

 

The first time it happened, I thought that I must have just moved my wrist in a way that the button had gotten pushed down. It's now happened at least 10 times and I'm absolutely certain now that it is happening for no reason..

 

It's no major issue and Fitbit pay has worked perfectly for me so far, but it's definitely a bit strange.

I'm having this issue as well. It's very random for when it happens and unable to replicate it. I will feel the ionic vibrate and the Fitbit pay is showing

I can make it happen by passing my NFC enabled phone too close to the watch. The NFC antennae is a lot stronger in the Samsung Phones than Apple, why you can use it for more than paying; to read NFC tags.

Is it ten times in a day or just ten times total because the watch asks for the pin after you take it off and every 24 hours so if your using pay it'll ask you for your pin when its first touched each day i'm pretty sure i read that on the forum somewhere, think its for security

I think you might be right there. I just moved my phone closer than normal to my ionic and it pops up with the pay wallet
