 Fitbit Studio shows No Phones available, No devices available. All devices (laptop, phone and ionic) are connected to same wifi and ionic battery is more than 50%. What could be other reason for this?

Your device firmware should be on version 27.30.3.2

 

To connect your phone, you'll need to go into the fitbit app, select your device, and then there should be a "Developer Menu" setting. Inside that menu you turn on Developer Bridge.

To connect your Ionic, go to settings on the device itself, scroll down and select Developer Bridge.
