Followed all directions. Will not work right out of the box. There is no technical support of any kinda this thing is all but useless

Hi thanks for responding. As far as I can find this is the customer
support. There was absolutely no directions with the fitbit, just a card
saying go to fitbit.com/setup.

The thing wont sync, wont do anything. It finally turned off during the
night and still does nothing , when I turn it on it had a scrolling message
to go to the web site.
