My app decreased my steps to 2,712 but my watch Fitbit ionic has the 10,375 steps that I have completed. How do manually enter the correct steps on my app? Or how can I fix this? This happened yesterday evening and it’s throwing off my stats.

It's great to see you around @Bears-car3s. Thanks for the details mentioned. 

 

It's pretty weird that your app decreased your steps but your Ionic is showing more.  I would like you to restart your Ionic and then manually log it to get your steps back. 

 

After this, please force quit your app and make sure you have the latest app version and the latest firmware version.
