I have done all the proposed steps to try to resolve this, it works for a bit then the watch starts to lose time, when I refresh in the app it says watch not found. It is in bluetooth and WiFi still shows connected, any one else still or having issues, everything was ok till 25th Jan.
Getting totally fed up trying to re-sync all the time.

Forgot to say am using android samsung note 9.
