Fitbit app lost my account.

Today when I tried to click on my app it wanted me to login. I had to create all new because it did not find my original account.

Fitbit is really good and quick on fixing this. I’m sure they will reach
out to you. They fixed mine!!

Spoke with customer service today. Shockingly said there was nothing they can do, and the other issues on this very post are different. Which they are not.

So 5 years of history is gone, and no one can help me.

devastated  and frankly shocked at the lack of support from the FitBit service team

I’m a deeply sorry. I completely understand I was disappointed when I lost
my acct too I mean o could see it but I had already created another one and
used the same email address. But I couldn’t log into my old acct as it had
been stolen from me. Hope a resolution ones tour way.

Hi - I did not. Fitbit claimed they couldn't restore it. Spoke with customer service 3 different times. Very frustrating. It's a known issue and they absolve themselves of responsibility in solving it
