Hello,
Since two days ago the Fitbit app on my iPhone7 is not opening anymore. It only shows the Fitbit logo on the top of the page and the app closes after around 10 seconds. I tired to install new updates for my iPhone but nothing has changed.
i guess the only solution would be to reinstall the Fitbit app?! But I’m afraid too lose all my data on it. Are the data stored in my account so that That can be loaded on my app again?

The data is stored on your tracker until it syncs at which time it is uploaded to the Fitbit servers. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app will not cause you to lose data.
