Fitbit app not syncing

Ever since yesterday I am having issues with the fitbit app syncing with my ionic. I have reinstalled the app, turned Bluetooth off and back on again and rest watch and it's still not syncing. Is anybody else having issues with this. Please help!!!!

Loads of problems lately along with maps showing up on the run but then disappearing afterwards. Seems like it's going backwards at the minute?
