Dear Fitbit team,

any idea when the Sony Xperia XZ Premium will be supported by the Fitbit app? I now sync via my laptop, which works flawlesly. But syncing the Fitbit trackers with your smartphone is far more faster that via laptop, kindest regards kuzibri

Hi, @SunsetRunner, Fitbit doesn't usually announce future plans, or, if they do, they don't announce dates for any future plans, so unfortunately you will just have to wait and see.

Having said that, just because a phone isn't on the specific compatibility list doesn't mean it won't work -- it just means that it hasn't been fully tested to confirm that it always works as expected.  So if your phone doesn't work now, it is worth trying again each time the app or tracker is updated, because each new change could mean that your phone works even before it is officially added to the list.

Good luck, and let us know how you get on.  It is always helpful to others  when a user reports that their phone works even if not yet fully tested by the Fitbit team,

Sense, Charge 5, Inspire 2; iOS and Android

Hi @Julia_G, just received an update for my Ionic tracker, so after that I
tried of course to see whether the Fitbit app would recognize my Ionic
tracker. Unfortunately it did not, kept saying "could not find tracker". So
it seems that the Fitbit app is still not supporting the Xperia XZ Premium,
which is IMHO, to say the least, a shame. It's Sony's current Flagship and
the Ionic is your newest product. So you would expect that both the Ionic
and the Xperia XZ Premium are compatible. Otherwise I do not habe any
compliants with Fitbit. Kindest regards kuzibri
