Fitbit connect asking for dongle when plugged in to computer

I am attempting to update my Fitbit iconic. I've plugged it into my computer and when I click check for updates it asks me to plug the dongle in but I don't think I got one for my Fitbit. What should I do?

@jonharn, the Ionic does not ship with the Dongle. You can either order one from the Fitbit store (see link below), or contact Fibit Support to see if they can help get one for you.
