Hello, 

 

My Fitbit ionic will not charge. I have tried all the steps (cleaning, resetting, etc...) in the forum and it will not charge. It looks like the three charging spots are a little black exactly where the Fitbit charger connects to the watch. Is there any way to fix or replace this part as the rest of the watch works great.

Welcome to the Community @Hookupz35. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting performed. 

 

Please confirm you've cleaned your watch and the charging contacts because dust and debris can accumulate over time. Clean the charging contacts on the back of your device and the pins on your charging cable using the instructions in How do I clean my Fitbit device?
