Let me first thank chat support and how flawless the replacement of devices worked!
But now comes the bummer...
I bought an Ionic in July 2018, my wife bought a Versa in the same month.
In September 2018 my doughter bought a Alta HR.
February 2019 the Band of the Alta HR broke.
A month ago my wifes Versa broke. (screen issues a couple of days later dead)
And now 1 hour ago my Ionic broke. (just dead)
All three issues were resolved by contacting chat support.
Mid next week I will get a replacement for my Ionic.
oh an I almost forgot to mention my nice has Versa too, after a couple of months she went swimming the first time with it.. = Watch dead
Really? Those devices last just one year before they break? Is this the norm?
I'm disapointed in the quality of those devices.

Yes, It seems to be the norm for Fitbit devices. As soon as the warranty ends, all Fitbit devices will stop working and there is nothing we can do about.
