Fitbit erased all progress

Went on a hike this am and got 17 000 steps, burned over 2000 cals, hundreds of floors...it all showed up on my Blaze. The app didn't recognize this (showed like 1700 steps, all the floors but none of the cals i burned), and when I reset my watch, it displayed all the WRONG info from the app! All my progress is gone!

I would have asked you when does the app say your ionic last synced. @Liis .

You say you reset the ionic, I'm not sure what type of reset/restsrt your reffering to.

Normally a person would do a restart and this would not affect the step countcc

Now if a factory reset was done, yes this will erase any unsynced data and it will be lost.
