My Fitbit Ionic turned itself at some point today. It had around 30% battery
I've tried holding down the left and back button and then all 3 for over a minute. I've had it on charge for 5 hours and nothing.
I've had the Fitbit for just over a year which was a replacment from my original as that stopped syncing. Come on Fitbit sort it out, your products are shocking

Hi,
I have already explored these tips. The Fitbit had at least 30% charge on it and was working in the morning. Then when I noticed a couple of hours later it would not turn on.
The battery low symbol wasn't even showing like it normally would

It is unlikely that they are going to help. Let's face it.... Hundreds of Fitbits have done the same thing. It clearly is a major fault with the product itself and Fitbit have failed to acknowledge there is a problem or they know and have failed/ can't be bothered to fix it.
At the end of the day as long as they are getting money from people purchasing their products which are only made to last a year then why would they care. It's false advertising and very poor customer service.
