Fitbit iconic stop working when I went in the water.

I went to the beach for the first time and I had my iconic on when water. I was only in the water for less than 5 minutes. AndAnd now my fitbFiis not working now. This sucks. What can I do?

Call customer service and initiate the refund process ASAP.  If the Ionic is less than 1 year old, it should still be under warranty.  I regularly swim with my Ionic and have never had any issues so it is likely a manufacturing defect.
