Piece of crap... tried reset, tried factort reset, tried on and off... totally stoped working... flashing and would not take button commands... second Fitbit device with issues....done with Fitbit as a company.  Will tell everyone I can that Fitbit devices don’t last... you lost a customer for life.

I agree. Need to replace my third Fitbit. Various issues. I question the quality and feel it's time to move on. Garmin?
