After a quick analysis, it looks the display's hardware refresh rate is 60fps which is pretty much standard among such displays ( I wouldn't expect anything else ), however if you mean animation framerate then I guess it depends on the app, for example, when scrolling left/right on the home-screen it seems to go down to 24fps. The GPU doesn't seem to be too powerful, so I don't expect great performance.
