Fitbit ionic blank

Hi, I've only had my ionic for 3mths and the screen has gone completely blank!

On the app the the battery status is 'medium' but even so there was still data on the display screen on previous occassions.

The green sensor light is still on at the back of the watch the screen is blank. Help!
