Hi Team,

 

i am trying to charge my Fitbit Ionic since morning. But even after 1 hour of charging, it is completely dead.I have pushed the button on it multiple time and even held them for some time but no help.my fitbit app is installed on iphone 7 plus. I don't know what the issue is. Could anyone suggest any help or any service center contact.
