I went to bed the night of the 12th with my ionic battery at 70%. When I woke up the morning of the 13th my ionic was dead and wouldn’t turn back on. I contacted Fitbit about the issue and after doing a bunch of troubleshooting all they could do for me is give me a 25% off coupon on my next Fitbit. Mind you this Fitbit is less than eight months old. My wife got it for me for Christmas December 2018. If Fitbit can’t stand behind their products then I don’t want to buy from Fitbit anymore and I don’t recommend anyone else do either.

I still have the box and it states 2 years warranty so really Fitbit should sort it!? I am completely lost without it

I still have the box as well and it says it has a one year warranty. But apparently Fitbit doesn’t stand by their warranty or their products for that matter.
