Anyone suffered same problem as I have for  a while now? The back-light is leaking from all 4 surrounding edges after almost 2 years. Can they repair it or can I get  replacement from Fitbit? What is warranty period? 

The wrist belt is warped, but that's fine.

So in this case, it's dead end, Fitbit is not going to be responsible after one year. For $300 watch, my expectation should last less than a year, it sounds reasonable? I thought Fitbit can do better than that. My next watch is not going to Fitbit even I had 3 Fitbit products so far.

@Hulu888  You can always get with customer support. Their phone number is (877)623-4997 between the hours of 4am-8pm PST Mon-Fri, and 6am-5pm PST on weekends. It can't hurt to discuss it with them.

Thanks for the information. I called yesterday, the result is they send me an email with 25% discount of a new watch. I'm not surprised, and not satisfied either. That's best they can do.
