I have had 2 ionics in the last year now and after the first one broke I had another one. This one started to have lines going down the screen and has now got to the point where I cannot see the screen. Shame as they are good looking watches and love the interchangeable straps but seem to have issues with how they are made.

See if a Restart helps and do it several times if necessary.

Have tried this a few times over the last month and starting to feel that the fitbit watch is not as well made as it should be. Beyond its sleek design and nice user face I feel it is not made well enough and within a year I have had 2 watches and a third of the time not been able to use them for tracking as I wanted. 🙁

Try a Factory Reset by swiping left to Settings, then About, and then Factory Reset.
