My fitbit ionic does not synchronise my running with my strava app on my samsung S8. It does synchronise walking and bicycling. Anyone else experience the same problem?
I have tried do restart both units and have the latest updates.
I had this issue on saturday & was just given the standard 'how to link Fitbit/Ionic process' but has achieved absolutely nothing... still not syncing even after re-start
I went for a run last night and mine didn't sync with Strava either. Strava do have a app update and when they have a new update ionic never seems to sync that particular exercise. It generally does it after that
I've been having the same issue with my Ionic and Samsung s9+. It's very frustrating and tedious to not be able to access or upload the .tcx file from the Fitbit and strava apps
