My Fitbit ionic will not respond at all. I've charged for 2 hours and nothing. Any suggestions?

Hi - I just updated mine and restarted it and it now wont turn on. Its fully charged and I've tried pressing all the buttons etc but nothing. Completely dead. Appears to be a major issue with this watch now.
