For some reason fitbit support loves telling their customers they are the reason it's not syncing. However looking at the reviews of their app from recent times and almost everyone is having syncing problems. All are saying their $500 ionic will not sync now because of this new android update.
I'm in the same boat. This whole week I have had massive issues trying to sync. I'll spend an hour and a half trying to sync doing everything listed and NOTHING WORKS. I'm at a point of just sending this useless crap back. Worked since April 1st and since the start of the week it has not worked.
About done with this useless thing. Give me my $500 back. Glad I got the 3 yr warranty...
