As of yesterday my Fitbit ionic won't turn on or charge or factory reset I have tried charging on different outlets including my mac, nothing works. I have tried all the different kinds of factory resets nothing works. Any suggestions would be great.

If so, plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or a UL-certified USB wall charger LiteBlue.

I had the same problem, overnight it didn't charge, while weeks on end it functioned perfectly. Nothing worked. Unfortunately I had to return the Fitbit Ionic, I now have a new one. It seems that we're not the only ones with that problem, when googling, the problem turns up more than it should.
