Hi all, I’d appreciate any help. I have an ionic since January 2020, battery ran out 3 weeks ago, I was in exams so didn’t charge it, went to charge it for last 2 days and will not charge up. Have checked the plug, official cable etc and they are all working. Anyone got any tips?

I, too, have an Ionic. It stopped working just as so many of you have stated on this community board. I tried all of the methods attempting to bring it back to life. I had to call Fitbit customer service. Customer service will do nothing about it. My device is out of warranty. Customer service told me that the devices are supposed to last "many years." But mine is dead after two years and five months. I was offered a 25% discount coupon. This flippant attitude from customer service does not assure me that buying a new device is the right thing to do. This is not my first Fitbit. My first two had issues that caused them to go out within two years. This is my last Fitbit.
