My Fitbit ionic was working perfectly fine all day until this evening. I looked to see how well I did and the steps are indicating undefined.
I would appreciate any help or ideas to fix this problem. I have enjoyed using your product. Thank you in advance.

Try a restart. Do it at least 3 times.
