Fitbit is not worth the money they cost

For the price of the product the quality and customer service is terrible. I have not had my Ionic for 2 years and it does not work, and customer service will not replace it because it is out of the 1 year warranty. Please do yourself a favor and go with a Samsung or Apple watch. They both have better quality and customer service!

I've had almost every fitness watch out there. I never expect more than about 18 months from any of them. If you think the customer service is bad, wait until you try Samsung. I left Samsung and went back to a Fitbit. In addition, I went to a new phone and no longer will buy a Samsung. Good luck.

Thank you for your input. I am just very disgusted with the entire situation, and the customer service. I will keep that in mind when choosing. I am going to start reviewing the reviews on an Apple Watch as well. I refuse to spend any more money with these people .

Good luck Apple/Garmin/Samsung  is no better.  A warranty is a warranty and they all stick by them

I would like to add when ever you buy any device is to find the Manual and read it

 

I can only guess but I suspect you were not charging it correctly. Reading the manual could of helped

 

I doubt you will have luck with the others as I'm sure you wont read the manual there either
