Please help! My ionic fitbit says "unlock with your phone". I have read many posts and tried so many suggestions with no success. Today l called customer support and was emailed the instructions to unlock and l still came up with a road block.
I have never added extra apps or a debit card nor any credit card to my Fitbit. I have no idea why this locked. I have had this 6 weeks. I'm so frustrated.
Can anyone advise or assist me??

Sorry to hear that you're experiencing this. If you enter an incorrect PIN code 10 times, you're prompted to unlock your Fitbit device in the Fitbit app, please confirm that you tried the following procedure:
