My Fitbit Ionic was undergoing the upgrade provided when it got interrupted. Now it just flashes the logo. I tried resetting it, but it won't rest. It just continues to flash while holding down the buttons. I held down the buttons for 10 seconds, 20 seconds, 30 seconds. Nothing. I tried turning off the phone, turning off the blue tooth on the phone, reinstalling the app, but to no avail. The Fitbit just flashes the logo. What can I do?

Hi @AdrannaG, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. Since our restart process didn't fix the issue you're currently experiencing with your Ionic, please try our factory reset procedure following the next steps:
Take in consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.

Welcome aboard @Gazmurf, thanks for your post.
To further assist you and to move forward, can you please confirm if you tried the factory reset procedure that was shared on my previous post? If the restart process didn't resolve this situation, the factory reset should solve it.
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi Ricardo,
I also have the same issue, i have tried the reset, then release the bottom right button as soon as it goes blank, but nothing - still the Fitbit log.
I've also waiting for the battery to die to see if this would work when i restart but no, i think it was during an upgrade.
Please can you help

My screen has started the intermittent logo flashing this evening. I've tried the factory reset solution you've provided but it's not working. After removing my finger from the right lower button, the screen stays black but the Fitbit doesn't vibrate. I've held the back and upper right buttons down for over two minutes but whenever I release them out just starts flashing intermittently again.

Update has broken mine too! So upset. This doesn’t work - it doesn’t vibrate and just goes black and the logo comes back. Saw on google that the update is breaking a lot of them.

I’ve been having the same sort of problem in the last few weeks. My ionic just displays the logo. When the screen times out and I touch it or press a button the logo just returns.
it sorted itself over the last weekend but today has now been stuck on the logo for a good few hours. Resetting is not working and the already mentioned factory reset also does nothing. After releasing the bottom right button as per instruction, I continue holding down the other two buttons waiting for the watch to vibrate but after 2 minutes of holding nothing happened.
