My fit bit will not charge. All that is showing on display is the diamond symbol. It keeps flashing on and off. Cannot do anything with it. Tried to restart and no luck.

Showing Fitbit logo all the time. Did everything to restarting and disconnecting from phone. Won’t do anything but shoe logo continuously!!

Fitbit showing logo all the time. Tried to restart and disconnect from phone but no luck. Will not let me do anything. Will not charge also. Only had Fitbit for 9 months. Very disappointing!!
