My fitbit will not connect back to my phone through bluetooth. When I Try to connect it simpy states that it is not able to connect. Sometimes it is not even showing up anymore on my phone. It does show up on my laptop and I am able to connect to that. I would like to be able to get this to connect back to my phone. I have tried turning off/turning on bluetooth, restarting my phone, removing the device from my phones memory (Currently I cant even find it to reconnect), and done the same steps with my laptop in hopes of having it finally connect back. If I cant connect this item back to my phone, I feel like I have wasted a good amount of money on a broken product that I have not even had 6 months yet.

Mine has completely not recognized my phone either.

currently when trying to find my ionic I get to the four digits and then I’m hit with error 400...for a few tries I was receiving error 500.

i have tried ALL the troubleshooting

none of my other devices will connect to my ionic either.

i have reset both phone, watch, app.

shut off Bluetooth-turned it back on-forgotten the ionic(my phone currently can’t find the ionic) so no text/call notifications which was a big reason I loved my ionic.

now I have an expensive watch that is just an overpriced step counter.

sorry I’m piggy backing on your thread but I’m lost and need help too!

I started having same issue yesterday. I turned off bluetooth, shut down phone turned it back on and my Ionic does not come up on my phone despite the fact its on my wrist with my phone inches away. I have also left the Ionic plugged in on the charger but still not able to connect to my phone. This will be by third Fitbit watch that is stadting to fail and I am losing teust in their products. Any help will be appreciated
