Fitbit not displaying quick displays on clock face

My Fitbit iconic’s clock display is not displaying my quick stats. They are displaying at all 0’s. My heart rate is also not showing. However, when I go into the more detailed menu on my Fitbit, I can see all of my stats. I have tried to reset and looked for an update. Both haven’t worked.

Try switching to a different clock face.  Sometimes some clock faces develop problems.  The clock faces "by Fitbit" seem to be the most reliable in this respect, but feel free to try any other one.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
