Adidas Ionic updated/sync on Thursday 10/31/19 and now is not responding. Device will not turn on, will not charge, will not reset. I have had device less than a year.

@Justin628 Welcome to the Community. Thanks for the details mentioned and the troubleshooting tried.
Since your Ionic isn't turning on or charging, please confirm that you've tried restarting it. If you have but it's still not working, try a factory reset.
If your Ionic starts working again, please try this syncing troubleshooting.
