Hi

 

i got my Fitbit a week so and this happened but it recovered after a few hours.

 

However, this morning I was low on battery post gym (23%) and decided to plug it in for 30 mins. After that the Fitbit is off and nothing will resurrect it. I tried pressing the left and right buttons and all ... nothing helps.

 

A bit disappointed ... any advice ?

Try restarting it several times. If that doesnt work you will need to contact support or return it to the store you bought it.
