Fitbit reboots when starting GPS walk

This morning I tried GPS App Walk and each time I hit "play" button, fitbit went to reboot. I applied new firmware 2 days ago.

I hate to hear that, @s1nger!  I was experiencing that problem with my Ionic, but since the firmware update to 31.1.16 I have not experienced any crashes. I was hoping the firmware update had corrected the problem.

mine started after I applied firmware 31.1.16. and I tired to reset to factory default. Now, it keeps restarting in infinite loop .. From one problem to another ..

S1nger, not that it helps, but two days ago mine just did the exact same thing as you described.  GPS stopped working (i.e. it crashes when I try) and after a factory reset its stuck in an infinite loop.  I also had the added benefit of losing time.  By that I mean after about 1 day the clock was off by upwards of 4-5 hours until I synced...which of course is a whole different issues.

 

Did you ever get your issue resolved?  If so, how?
