woke up this morning turned over to look at the time and my Fitbit ionic pebble screen was black I've tried to reset it, the back flashing light isn't on either, it's on charge now but don't hold out any hope!! very annoying this is my 3rd Fitbit watch previously I had the charge hr and the blaze which I had no problems with! I did have to buy a new strap for it a month ago because that split, I never submerged it in water, regularly cleaned it and charged it. I purchased mine in Dec 2017 I am assuming it is out of warranty purchased from Amazon.
Thanks clare

Mine started yesterday. Ran in the AM and screen worked just fine. Was black by work. Still syncing and heart rate lights still flashing. Looks like screen tries to turn on but stays blank, almost like the screen has been hit hard, like a phone. Cannot turn off. Cannot reset. Buttons don’t do anything. I tried changing the clock face too. Will call tech support today.

Mine did the same thing. I went to sleep on the 12th and my battery level was at 70%, then I woke up the morning of the 13th and my Fitbit was dead and won’t turn back on. My wife got it for me for Christmas less than eight months ago. I contacted Fitbit about the issue and they sent me a 25% off coupon for a new Fitbit watch. I’m very upset that Fitbit won’t stand behind their products for even a year. It wasn’t dropped, I didn’t break it doing some sort of physical activity, it just stopped working. A $250 defective product and they wont stand behind it. I won’t be using Fitbit again.

Mine is not dead. In fact it’s charging and syncing. The screen is dead, that’s it
