My fitbit ionic was fully charged and would no connect to he phone so I was going to restart it and turned it on ff and it will not start back up. I held down the left button for a full minute several times. Am I doing something wrong?

Update. I was trying different things and i held down the left button and the right bottom button for 15 seconds and it started up and is syncing now.

Exact same thing happened to my smart watch. It went dead, I charged it fully yet it wasn't starting. I read your comment and clicked left and right buttons together and it got a new life!
