I'm trying to connect my fitbit device and after the 4 digit code it says device can't connect because device is lost/stolen or a warranty replacement has been issued. What should i do it was working just fine.

Hi @Mrfitterbitter  the Ionic has been recalled, so there is no support for it. As for it being locked, if someone had applied for the refund, the first thing that gets done is the device is deactivated. You can learn more here - click to read.

Since these pair via email address to the devices, it wouldn't be that hard for someone to pick it up and pair it to their own account. Customer support can tell you if there is still a device paired to your account, but I'm not sure they can tell you who has it or where it has gone. You can always contact them to see if anyone has reported finding your lost device. Aetna Medicare Customer Service

Currently there is no way to know if a tracker is stolen or not. On caes like this, we recommend purchasing your tracker form authorized retailers.
